How can I find a product ?

You have two options to search for products on the Redskins online store :

Navigation by categories
- you already know what you want, select Men, Women, Outlet and choose the product category that interests you.

The search engine
- You can use our search engine to find a specific item. The best way to find it is to enter the product code or item reference you are looking for in the store. You can refine your search by choosing color, material, flexibility and brilliance.

How to select a product ?

Click on the product you are interested in on the catalogue page. Once on the product sheet, choose your color, size and click on the "Add to cart" button. Your item is added to the shopping cart. On this form, you have access to all the information concerning the product, either :
- Colors: The different color thumbnails inform you of the availability of this item in different colors. Click on one of the thumbnails and you will see the enlarged photo of this item in this color. You must select a color to be able to order.
- Sizes: The sizes available for this item are also displayed. If a size appears grayed out, it means that the stock in that size and color is exhausted. To know the size to choose according to your measurements, consult the size guide.

2 : Order / My account

How can I buy a product ?

Once you have added all the items you want to buy to your shopping cart, click on the "my shopping cart" button at the top right of the site. The shopping cart page shows you the details of the products you want to order. You can read the product reference, name, colour, size and quantity ordered as well as the price. You can indicate the possible discount code(s) and/or credit notes you have at your disposal.
Once you have verified that all the items presented on the shopping cart page are in conformity with what you have chosen, that you have indicated any discount codes and credit notes you have, you can validate your shopping cart by clicking on the button "PROCEED ORDER".
Your order information will be sent to Redskins Store and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

How to create an account ?

By clicking on the "CONNECT" button, a panel with a form where you must enter your personal data appears. Fill in this form carefully, it is this information that will allow us to send your order and receive your package. Once the form is completed, click on the validation button.

What information can I find in my account ?

Once logged into your account you have access to :
- Your personal information: name, first name, email, phone number, date of birth, password.
- The different addresses you have indicated.
- All the history and follow-up of your orders: you will find the details of each order as well as the downloadable invoices in PDF format.
- The list of discount codes from which you benefit
-The list of assets from which you benefit
-The possibility to sponsor your friends.

What is sponsorship ?

Each customer can sponsor a friend in the sponsorship module of www.store-redskins.com. To do this, simply enter the email address of your godchild or godchildren and validate. A €8 voucher will be credited to the sponsor's account when one of his godchildren places his first order on the online shop. The voucher is credited only with the first order of the godchild. The sponsor can accumulate as many vouchers as there are godchildren who place their first order.
The €8 voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. Only one voucher may be used per order

What if I forgot my password ?

If you have lost or forgotten your password, which prevents you from logging into your account, simply click on the "Forgotten Password" button on the login page. Enter your email address in the field provided and validate. A new secure password is sent to you by email.
If you wish to customize this new password, go to your account under the "Personal Information" section. Indicate the secure password that was sent to you by email and then indicate the one you have chosen. Finally, validate this information.

3 : Payments

What are the accepted payment methods ?

Secure payment by credit card is the only payment method accepted on the site via our 100% secure online payment system: CIC bank. You are redirected to the CIC bank payment system. You pay with your payment card (Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa). Your data is encrypted and we do not have access to it.

When is the debit made to my credit card ?

For orders placed with a credit or debit card, Redskins Store charges the amount when the order is sent.

How do I get the invoice for my order ?

You can access it at any time via the "my account" section.

4 : Delivery

What are the delivery areas ?

Redskins offers you the possibility to order and have your order delivered in the following countries: France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
When the order is dispatched, each package has a shipping code that is sent by email to the Customer to allow him to track the shipment on the sites of the shipping service providers concerned.

Which delivery method should I choose ?

Redskins offers 2 delivery methods whose price varies according to the weight and amount of the order as well as the country of delivery.

COLISSIMO :

Its price varies according to the number of items and the country of delivery of the package. The package is delivered by La Poste to the delivery address defined by the Customer. This delivery method is valid worldwide. The delivery time is 48 to 72 hours from the date of shipment. Time generally noted.

CHRONOPOST :

Its price varies according to the number of items and the delivery address of your package. The package is delivered by La Poste to the delivery address defined by the Customer. This delivery method is only valid for France and Europe. This is an express delivery method, the delivery time is 24-48 hours from the date of shipment. Time generally noted.

FREE SHIPPING COSTS :

From 49€ purchase, www.store-redskins.com offers shipping costs.

When will I receive my order ?

Once your order has been validated and paid for, it is sent to our logistics department, which prepares it immediately. It is then shipped and depending on the delivery method you have chosen, you will receive it within 48 to 72 hours if you have chosen Colissimo and within 24 to 48 hours if you have chosen Chronopost, from the moment the package leaves the platform. We remind you that orders may be delayed in shipment and delivery in the event of public holidays.

The delivery time has expired, why is it that my package has not yet been delivered ?

The delivery times indicated for each of the carriers are the times generally observed. However, these deadlines may be exceeded. For the Colissimo mode of transport, you can track its status online via your parcel number, which we sent to you by email, by going to the Colissimo website: www.coliposte.net.

5 : Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product ?

www.store-redskins.com insure in its Satisfied or Refunded guarantee to refund you or credit your account with a credit note in the event of the return of one or more items. You have fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your package to return it to us (date as postmark).

How do I return a product ?

To exchange an item, you must:
1 Access your customer account on www.store-redskins.com
2 select the relevant order
3 Select the product you want to return
4 Complete the reason for return and print your return form
5 Return the return form and the item to us within fourteen (14) days at your expense by entering the return number on the package at this address:
