Print your label and attach it to your package.

If this is an exchange request, indicate "Return for exchange" and specify the desired product on your return slip or invoice.

Please include your invoice or return slip with your package so we can process your refund quickly.

The return fee is €5 and will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover shipping costs, except if the return is due to a non-compliant or defective product. The €5 return fee applies only to returns made via Mondial Relay in mainland France.
If the Mondial Relay service is not available, the return must be made by the customer at their own expense, using a carrier of their choice.

Attention: You have 14 days to return your order.

After this period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Items must not have been worn and must be returned in their original packaging.

On the return slip, please indicate the reason for your return. If you wish to exchange a product, check "Return for exchange" and specify the product you wish to receive instead.

To speed up the processing of your return, please ensure that you carefully complete the return slip or include a copy of the invoice with your package.
