Shipping policy

Redskins offers several delivery options tailored to customers' needs, with fees and delivery times varying depending on the destination and chosen method. In mainland France, orders over €100 benefit from free delivery to a pick-up point, while fees apply for smaller orders, including €8.90 for home or pick-up point delivery.

- Belgium: delivery from €9.90.

- Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Netherlands: delivery from €9.00 with Mondial Relay, otherwise home delivery is €15.90.

- Austria, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Germany, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia: delivery from €15.90.

Orders are shipped via UPS and Mondial Relay, with tracking available by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Finally, in case a product is out of stock, an informational email is sent and a refund is guaranteed within 72 hours. If a delivery notice is left during an absence, the package can be collected at a post office. For more information, the Redskins FAQ is available.
