Redskins offers several delivery options tailored to customer needs, with fees and delivery times varying depending on the destination and chosen method. In Metropolitan France, orders over €100 benefit from free delivery, while fees apply to orders below this threshold, including €3.90 for home or pick-up point delivery. International shipping starts at €5.90 for certain European countries. Deliveries are fast (1 to 3 days in France, 1 to 5 days abroad), but may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are delivered by UPS, with tracking available via email once shipped.

Finally, in case of product stockouts, an informational email is sent, and a refund is guaranteed within 72 hours. If a delivery notice is left during an absence, the package can be picked up at a post office. For more information, the Redskins FAQ is available.
